As a result, we’ve taken an industry agnostic approach and are focused on identifying durable businesses with consistent track records. At the core, we are seeking a business with the following characteristics:BUSINESS

- At least $500K in EBITDA | SDE in last 12 months
- At least 10 years in operations
- Business does not require owners to hold specialized certificationsPEOPLE
- Collaborative and honest seller(s) with a clear motivation to sell
- Strong employee, customer, and partner relationships
- Management in place is a bonus, but not a requirement within Central Texas
* While Central Texas is our strong preference, we will consider businesses located within The Texas Triangle if they have strong and experienced management in place.
